The Area Accounting & Taxation is offering several part-time positions as
research assistants (m/f/d)
starting on October, 1 2026 and onwards.

The Taxation Chairs of Professors Dörrenberg, Olbert, Spengel, and Voget are
offering several positions as student research assistants (m/f/d) starting in the
Spring Semester 2026 to support teaching and research.
Your tasks include:
Conduct research for the projects of our employees and professors.
Support our employees in the preparation of teaching and other tasks.
Support third-party funded projects to improve teaching.
Assistance with the editing and publication of academic papers and books.
Optional: application of data science in the context of empirical research
projects.
Your profile:
You are interested in the topic of taxation.
You are studying business administration or a related subject (e.g. law,
economics, business mathematics/computer science) from the 3rd
Bachelor semester with at least good grades.
You are committed, reliable and efficient.
You enjoy working in a team and on your own initiative.
Good written and spoken German and English skills are advantageous.
Optional: successfully completed tax courses.
Optional: prior experience in empirical work (e.g., using Stata, R, or Python)
and working with databases.
