About the Position

The Geschwister-Scholl-Institute of Political Science (GSI) is one of the most renowned political science institutes in Europe. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Teaching and student supervision at the BA level (3,25 SWS per semester) in the field of International Relations.
- Administrative support of the Chair.
- Opportunity to contribute to the Chair's research agenda and to carry out independent research, e.g., a doctoral thesis.
Your Qualifications
- Excellent degree and thesis in Political Science (MA or equivalent), with a focus on International Relations. Expertise in the international governance of emerging technologies is particularly welcome.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Experience in undergraduate teaching in International Relations.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Employment Terms
- 24-month contract, limited to 2028-09-30, starting 2026-10-01
- Part-time (65%)
- Salary according to the University Employment Scale: TV-L E13
